In addition to the projects listed above APR has recently had considerable interchange with MAF relating to the licensing of a Korean Factories and Shops (3 recent projects) dealing in deer horn products. Part of our responsibilities, relating to obtaining MAF operating licence and export licences for transit through Australia, involved writing an extensive quality assurance manuals and procedures for our clients. In all cases Resource Consents also had to be obtained.
Our services will cover all three design licensing categories that are to be progressively introduced from November 2007, these include standard housing, moderate complex commercial or residential buildings and large or publicly important projects.
We typically prepare concept plans in close consultation with our clients having first established both a scope of work and budget. Close consultation with the client is the key to the success of any project, particularly during its early stages.
