Recent Laboratory projects include
- Architects and structural engineers for a new Genetic Research Laboratory at the NZ Forest Research Institute. Services included feasibility study inc detailed cost estimate, design and construction documentation. This project was designed and costed three times with client changes of site and budget.
- Architects and engineers for new 3 storey facility (existing building conversion) for R.J.Hill Laboratories in Hamilton.
- Architects, structural engineers and Clerk of Works for a new Insect Quarantine Unit at the NZ Forest Research Institute. Services include feasibility study, brief development, design, construction documentation, construction administration including specialist clerk of works services to ensure that exacting design criteria are met.
- Architects and engineers for a new Plant Quarantine Unit (client and location has to remain confidential). Services include feasibility study, brief development, design, and costings. This is a current project.
- Architects and structural engineers for Mycology Laboratories refurbishment at the NZ Forest Research Institute. Services include design, construction documentation, and construction administration.
